Please allow 1-3 business days for Express Post, and 5-7 business days for regular, with parcels to Western Australia taking up to 10 days.

Please allow a 24 hour handling period for parcels to be dispatched after an order is made.

All parcels are subject to safe drop, unless requested otherwise by Australia Post or it is included in the delivery comments.

Returns Policy

Palma The Label does not offer any returns or exchanges on swimwear due to hygiene reasons. If you receive a damaged item or the incorrect item, please contact sales@palmathelabel.com.au to help us resolve the issue.
